Q: What is the lead time?

A: The production time is 4-5 weeks.

Q: Can you rush my order? I need is ASAP

A: Unfortunately we are not able to offer rush orders at this time

Q: Can these be used for floor? Wall? Ceiling?

A: This cover is for floor, wall or ceiling use 

Q: Can these be painted?

A: Yes - if you wish to paint them you will select the 'White' option.

Q: Do you offer custom painting?

A: We do not offer custom colors at this time, but most of our covers have a paintable option: 'Unfinished' (Resin), Paint Grade Maple (Wood) or White (Metal) 

Q: What is the material?

A: 11 gauge steel

Q: Are mounting holes necessary?

A: Mounting holes are typically needed for a wall or ceiling application. If you do not want to use screws/mounting holes to attach your covers you will need to have an alternative method of adhesion.

A: We offer discounts based on volume for bulk orders.

Q: Do you offer samples?

Q: Do you offer custom patterns?

A: We can offer custom patterns - there is a $150/hour digital fee for this and we would require a CAD file of the pattern you are requesting
