DEMI Baseboard Cover 6 foot length (72-inch)

We are using these DEMI covers in our entire house rehab 6000 square feet! Every year on black friday this site does a 20% off sale, we wait for that each year and buy another $1k worth or so of covers for another section of the house. They are outstanding. We love the solid surface top that limits bugs and dust falling into the fins. These are the least expensive aluminum covers we found. More expensive lines have seamless end caps, these have sort of a fold over of metal. We think the trade off is acceptable for the lower price and the solid surface top. They have an annoying embossed label on every piece. I try to arrange the layout to cut them off or at least put them where furniture will be infront. If I'm honest with myself the logo isn't actually very noticeable but I know it's there and it annoys me. It says something dumb like "form over function". Cutting them is difficult and noisy. A sharp hack saw is OK. We have been using a oscillating multitool with a fresh sharp metal blade and a helper to hold one end firmly while the other end is clamped. That has worked best. Cut ends are always covered so it's OK if it's not perfect. None of our walls are straight or flat and the old heating pipes and the backplates have all sorts of imperfections. So far the DEMI covers have been able to accommodate and flex around all of this. Vent and Cover has always shipped PROMPTLY and with exceptionally good packaging. We have had no damaged pieces after having purchased many many feet of product.

Contacted the company with questions, which were clearly and quickly answered, so I did purchase a cover for an electric baseboard heater to try. Love, love, love it! It dramatically improved the look of my room, and I will continue buying these as I paint rooms in my house. Fantastic finishing touch!
