Required for an L-shaped baseboard cover transition where two panels meet at a 90 degree angle in a corner. The 90 degree Inside Corner provides an angular transition between the two baseboard panels. In many homes the baseboards heaters will follow the walls exactly, which means multiple turns and angles.
