STEEL: Our Premium, Premium Tall, Basic, and Elliptus profiles are made of galvanized steel that is powder coated with a high quality baked on powder coat to prevent rusting. One of the biggest benefits of using galvanized steel is that it is very resistant to rusting over time, and the powder coat finish seals the deal. It's no secret that powder coating is one of the strongest coatings out there and it can handle a lot of abuse before it will chip, fail, or even scratch.
ALUMINUM: Our Atlas, AtlasXL Demi and Titan panels are made of high quality powder coated aluminum. Aluminum is non-corrosive and will not rust so you will find the quality is retained for many years.
WOOD: Our wood covers are made from MDF and make it easy to replace old, rusted heater covers and not have to worry about rust.
Note: We do not warrant against scratches, dents or other damage incurred after the product has been received by the purchaser and any resultant rust that may occur due to scratches, dents or other damage.
