When Will I Get Tracking?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If you’ve received your order confirmation and your item is within the timeframe listed above, your order is considered In Production.
Why Can’t You Give Me a Specific ETA?
We get it — you’re coordinating installers, designers, and timelines. But here’s the truth:
Most of our products are made to order. That means there's no off-the-shelf inventory, and production timelines depend on finish type, customization, and current shop flow.
Tracking down a single item mid-production would delay not only your order but every other customer’s too.
We prioritize speed and quality by keeping production moving — and we promise to email you with tracking info the moment it ships.
Shipping to Canada?
We’re proud to serve customers across Canada — but please note that Canadian orders follow a slightly different path.
Orders shipping to Canada are consolidated and cross the border through our designated customs facility. Please allow an additional 2–3 weeks for delivery after standard production times. Tracking will be provided once your order clears customs.
