Please be advised our current Production Times are as follows:

Vent Covers:
		Metal Vent Covers  – 4-5 weeks
		Resin Vent Covers  – 1-3 weeks (up to 4 weeks for finished covers/covers with supply dampers/filter frames)
		Wood Vent Covers  – 3-4 weeks
		Quick Ship  items - 1-3 business days
		Bronze series  items - 3 weeks
		Baseboard Registers - 3 weeks
		Gravity Registers - 6 weeks
Baseboard Covers:
		Metal  : Ships every Friday
		Wood  : up to 3 weeks lead time

If you have received your order email and your order falls within the timeframe specified above your order status is 'In Production'. 

Due to the high volume of orders and custom nature of our products we do not have specific info regarding which day your order will be completed and/or delivered. 

As soon as your order is fulfilled and shipped we will send you an email notification with tracking details.
